FAQ

Paper for prints:

- We offer Giclée prints on premium acid-free matte paper, with a 230 gsm base.

Shipping:

- Please expect up to 1 week for shipping, barring any Post Office/weather delays.

Return and Refund Policy:

- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the order has been returned to the seller, a full refund will be issued. Please email contact@totallyink.com and we will assist with how to proceed with the return process. Returns or refunds on custom prints are not accepted.

Cancellations and Changes:

- You may make changes or cancel an order, up until the time your order has been shipped out. After the order has shipped, changes and cancellations will unfortunately not be possible.

Sold out prints:

- We only offer a limited quantity of all prints, but if there are requests for specific prints, we will definitely do a restock! Please contact us with any inquiries and be on the look out for restocks and new launches!
